Proposal for the merger of Class F shares of the Insight Investment Foundation Growth Fund with the Foundation Growth Fund, a fund managed by Scottish Widows Investment Partnership.

Advisers with clients in class F of the Insight Investment Foundation Growth Fund were emailed on 15 February asking them to vote on a proposal  to merge the class F shares of the Insight Investment Foundation Growth Fund with a similar fund offered by SWIP.
