As a founding signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI), Insight welcomes the publication of the Stewardship Code by the FRC and supports the industry’s continued efforts to strengthen the role played by institutional investors in corporate governance.  

Insight’s existing responsible investor (RI) policy incorporates environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) issues into our decision making process in line with our commitments under UNPRI. In light of the clarity provided by the Stewardship Code on engagement and transparency we have updated our RI policy and processes to ensure our approach is consistent with the requirements of the UK Stewardship Code.
